 It has been a while since I posted on my original blog; rectalcancermyass. In 2013, I moved my blog over to WordPress. A few years later I moved my posts to my Facebook page. I kept the original name and after eleven years of posting on Face Book, some idiot decided that the name of my page went against their "community standards." The name,  "Rectal Cancer My Ass" is pornographic. I was told to change the name or they would take down the page. I told dear Zuckerburg to shove it. They removed my page. So I went back to WordPress and discovered they changed their page format. It is no longer user friendly. The block format sucks big red ones. I can change it back to its original format but I have to pay to do it. WordPress can shove it. So, I went back to my original blog site and they changed the web address. I cannot get into my old account. (This is when I remind myself to go with the flow) so I started a new Blogger account and it is now called rectalcancermyasspart2. I am hoping people will find me here. 

I plan to continue sharing valuable information, my personal stories. I hope all of it will either amuse you and/or inspire you to live your best life no matter what.

Eat Foods to be Healthy, Not to Lose Weight

        Lately, I have been reading social media posts from friends who want to lose weight. They are posting online hoping others will leave comments as to what foods are best to achieve that. They receive plenty of suggestions. Some are good. It bothers me that our society is fixated on losing weight instead of wanting to eat healthy just for the sake of wanting to be as healthy as possible. There are plenty of businesses who make millions of dollars off those of us who believe their sales pitch. I could name them but I think we know who they are. Dieting is big business. Telling us, especially women, what we should look like and our society's definition of what beauty looks like unattainable.  All of us come in all kinds of shapes and sizes. Diversity is good.
