I Made a New YouTube Video
Someone contacted me today, asking how I'm doing. I had not made a video in five years, so I decided today that I will start making them again. June 3rd of this year will be my ten year anniversary kicking cancer in the behind. It's a good time to share what I learned about health, wellness and life in general. I am also open to suggestions.
