4-7-8 Breathing Technique (Dr. Weil Video)

 I just want to make a quick post about breath work. Breathing is a huge part of our well being. It is the most important thing we do to stay alive and many us breathe too shallow. Dr. Weil created a good breathing exercise to help remind us to slow down. I started doing it this week.
